Is my information secure?
Your security, be it during your trip or the security of your data on our servers, is a top priority.
In short- we only store the bare minimum amount of personal information- your email. We do not require a separate password and store no other personally identifiable information.
In addition, we use the latest security protocols- 128bit SSL encrypted connections, HSTS, and CSRF protection.
My audio isn’t playing!
The most common cause of this is that the “mute” switch is on- make sure this isn’t switched to mute (its usually located on the side of the device).
Another possibility is that your “media volume” is too low. Most devices have two types of volume: ringer volume and media volume. To adjust the media volume, you need to hit “volume up” while the audio is playing. So hit “play audio” and immediately afterwards adjust the volume up.

How do I get access?
“TripLingo Business Class” is only available to enterprise customers of TripLingo and the travelers in that enterprise. To inquire about an enterprise license for your company, please email enterprise@triplingo.com
How do I log in?
We’ve worked to make it as easy as possible to login and use TripLingo. If your enterprise has a license to use TripLingo, logging in is a breaze.
First, download the application from the Appstore. Once you’ve opened the application, enter enter your corporate email address on the login screen. TripLingo will send you an email with a 3-letter password. Check your email and remember the password, and then log back in to TripLingo and enter your password.
That’s it! You’ll be logged in and will not have to sign in to use TripLingo again.
Do I need data to use TripLingo?
TripLingo does not require an internet connection to work, though the Voice Translator and the Live Translator features do require data. Without data, you can explore phrases, utilize the dictionary and flashcards, and access the culture information section.
The Voice Translator and Live Translator functions do require an internet connection to function. While they do require data usage, they do not require much. A typical Voice Translation requires approximately .02 megabytes of data usage, which will cost you approximately $.10 on the worst data roaming plans. One minute of Live Translator usage requires approximately .3 megabytes of data, which will cost you ~$1/minute on the worst data plans.
